At approximately 18:30 hours crews were dispatched to a reported traffic accident with double pin in. Engine 643 arrived on scene of a two vehicle head on collision. Engine 643 confirmed a double pin in and requested Spencer Engine 751 for manpower. Crews pulled a 1 3/4" protection line, begin stabilizing both vehicles, and then begin extrication. The patients were both freed in approximately 10 minutes and transferred over to EMS. Crews remained on scene for approximately 1 hour and later released by SHP.
