Miller's Ferry personnel had the opportunity to participate in a live burn exercise in East Spencer. Engine 643 and Ladder 64 participated in this training. This type of training allows our personnel to get more hands own training, and give us the opportunity to work with our mutual aid departments.

After the live burn in East Spencer our personnel hurried back to the station, and begin cleaning Ladder 64 for a public appearance in Churchland. The event was held at a local church for bible school. Crews showed the children how the ladder operated, and assisted in spraying a little water for them.
