When:  September 12^th, 2009 (Saturday)

 

Where: Miller’s Ferry Vol. Fire Dept.

 

Time: 7: 00 AM – 4:00 PM

 

Registration:  The registration fee is $ 50.00 per team

 

Registering Deadline: September 4^th, 2009 at 5:00 PM (Friday)

RULES & INFORMATION

 

 

 

• All juniors competing must be between the ages of 14 – 18 years old and still be in High School if your 18 of age.
• You must be a member on a fire dept.
• There will be 6 events taking place throughout the day. (Tug-o-war, Turnout gear relay, Bucket brigade, Water Ball, The Junior Firefighter competition, and the new Hose Drill)
• There will be trophies, and awards to be given out at the end of the day.
• We will also be selling hamburgers and hotdogs at lunch time with other refreshments.
• There will be T shirts and other items for sale during the day.

 

 

The Miller’s Ferry Vol. Fire Dept. would like to personally thank everyone who participated last year in our 1^st event. It was a great success, and everyone seemed to enjoy it.  We hope to have everyone come back this year, and participate to make the 2009 event even larger. Due to the amount of money it cost last year for trophies, and other items needed we decided to have the participation fee at $50.00 per team. We hope to see all of your departments here, and remember to send your packets, or information back by September 4^th, 2009.
