At approximately 09:30 hours crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire at 4420 Stokes Ferry Road. Granite Quarry Engine 572 arrived on the scene and confirmed smoke showing from a single story double wide. Engine 572 pulled a 1 3/4" attack line off. Union Engine 761 arrived on the scene and conducted a primary search of the structure. Rockwell Rural personnel established a backup line on the " A" side of the structure. MFFD Eng. 643 assisted interior with checking for extension and conducting a secondary search. A quick knock down was achieved and the scene was brought under control. Command requested Rowan County Fire Marshal Office and Red Cross to the scene.
