At approximately 11:45 in the morning crews were alerted for a reported house fire in the 1000 block of Inlet Pointe Drive. Engine 343 arrived on scene to find a working fire from a 2 story single family dwelling. Engine 343 dropped 500' of supply line from the nearest intersection and pulled a 2" line for fire attack. Crews begin to attack the fire from the "A" side of the garage and made a quick knock down. Union Engine 761 arrived on scene and reported to Division 2 to check for extension. Salisbury Ladder 1 arrived on scene and assisted with Fire Attack. Salisbury Rescue 1 arrived and conducted a primary search. The fire was brought under control approximately 30 minutes after the initial company arrived. Rowan County FMO arrived on scene and begin their investigation.
